How will I get my Tickets?
Depending on the venue and promoter, ticket type/delivery method is different for every event. Each ticket type/delivery method is listed below:
Mobile Tickets: The most common type of ticket nowadays is Mobile Tickets. For mobile entry tickets, you will only be able to access your tickets on your phone using the Ticketmaster app or web browser. They will NOT be available to print from your online account. Tickets will be transferred to your Ticketmaster account.
eTickets: An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic ticket, it can be printed or used on an electronic device. The e-tickets will be emailed to the email provided.
Hard Tickets: Hard tickets are physical tickets either mailed to your address or can be picked up at a designated location provided by the broker.
Will Call/Walk-in: Will call is a delivery method where you will pick up your tickets at the box office near the venue. Walk-in is where you will meet up with one of our representatives at the venue and they will walk you in.
When will I get my tickets?
Depending on the promoter/event organizer the times may vary in regard to when you will receive your ticket.
If you are concerned about when they may arrive, your order receipt that was sent to the specified email will list if there is a delivery delay and when the tickets will be transferred to you.
I have accepted my tickets but they are not on my TicketMaster account. (Mobile Tickets)
Generally, when this is the case there are one of two scenarios:
The first, and most common scenario, is that the tickets are being held in a Ticketmaster account manager site. Each Account Manager site is specific to a team, venue, or theatre.

Log in with your Ticketmaster credentials and the tickets should be waiting for you.
The second, less common scenario, is the tickets have been mistakenly accepted into the incorrect Ticketmaster account. If you had previously logged in to a separate account before accepting the tickets. and did not log off or clear your browsing data, Ticketmaster will mistakenly accept the tickets into that account.
For that specific case, you may need to backtrack to other Ticketmaster accounts you own and check and see if it is in one of those accounts.
How do I transfer tickets from Ticketmaster? (Mobile Tickets)
If you like to send someone tickets you can use the ticket transfer button on Ticketmaster to securely transfer them.
In order to transfer them you must:
1. Open the Ticketmaster app and sign into your account.
2. Tap My Events and select the event to view your tickets.
3. Tap Transfer. If the Transfer button is grayed out, your tickets aren’t eligible for transfer.
4. Select the tickets you'd like to transfer and tap Transfer To.
5. Enter your recipient's information, including their mobile number or email address — you could even add a note too. If a mobile number is entered, a link to claim the ticket will pop up with a pre-written text message, just press send and it will go to your recipient. If an email address is entered, a link to claim the ticket will go to your recipient in an email.
6. Tap Transfer Ticket.
What is your refund policy?
You are responsible for reading the complete listing before making a commitment to buy tickets. When placing an order, you are entering into a binding contract with eTorontoTickets to purchase the tickets. When making an order, you will either receive the tickets you ordered or will be offered an upgrade or tickets that are of similar value. All Sales are FINAL except for canceled events. You will not receive a refund for the completed purchase. You cannot change or cancel any orders after the sale is complete.
Cancellation: If an event is canceled or a contingent event (ex. playoff game) does not occur, we will remove the relevant listings and either issue you a store credit, offer you tickets to another event of equal value, or issue a refund.
Other Changes: eTorontoTickets is not responsible for partial performances, venue, line-up, data, or time changes. No refunds will be issued in these instances.
