Terms and Conditions of all sales: A tax of 13% HST is added to all ticket listing prices. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and Master Card. Payment by American Express can be accepted for a surcharge of 2% Tickets can be picked up from our office located at 78 St Patrick St, Unit #104 Buzzer-14. Toronto, Ontario M5T 3K8 during normal business hours. Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. We can courier the tickets out to you, next day delivery for $15 within the GTA and $20 outside of the Toronto area. Tickets cannot be mailed through registered mail. We cannot guarantee replacement of tickets if they are lost or stolen. We do purchase tickets from third parties, which can make it difficult for us to replace tickets. We will make every attempt possible to have lost or stolen tickets replaced if requested, but we do not guarantee that service. If tickets require replacing there will be a fee charged in order to have tickets replaced. Please guard your tickets at all times. Please note that all transactions are final. There are no refunds exchanges or credits under any circumstances. If the event is cancelled,
we can arrange a refund of the ticket price, including HST. Refunds will not include the courier
charges. On occasion tickets are sourced from a third party, making tickets non-refundable. All ticket prices are in Canadian funds, unless otherwise specified.
