Terms and Conditions of all sales:

A 13% HST chrage is added for all events within Canada. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If paying by amex a 2% surcharge is added.

We can courier the tickets out to you, next day delivery for only $12.95 anywhere in the GTA and approximately $17.95 outside of the Toronto area. Tickets cannot be mailed through registered mail as we cannot replace tickets. You can also pickup from our office located at 3965 Nashua Drive. Mississauga, Ontario L4V 1P3 during normal business hours. Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

We cannot guarantee replacement of tickets if lost or stolen. We do purchase tickets from a third party, which makes it difficult for us to have tickets replaced. We will make every attempt possible to have lost or stolen tickets replaced if requested, but we do not guarantee that service. When replacing tickets, there are costs incurred, so there is a fee added in order to have tickets replaced. Please guard your tickets at all times.

Please note that all transactions are final. There are no refunds exchanges or credits under any circumstances. In some cases, if the game or event is cancelled, we can arrange a full refund, including the GST/HST, but not the courier fees as we did have to use the courier service to get the tickets out to you. Please ask before you purchase tickets if we can do a full refund if the event is cancelled. Sometimes we cannot guarantee a refund, as the tickets came from a third party, which makes it difficult to get a hold of the third party and for us to receive a refund.

All ticket prices are in Canadian funds, unless specified.
