Terms and Conditions of all sales:

All orders are subject to a 3% admin fee surcharge to cover the necessary administration of handling the transaction paperwork of the tickets. We also charge 6% gst, going down to 5% gst as of all orders taken after Jan. 1st, 2008. We do not charge any longer any credit card surcharges.

Yes we take business cheques, money orders, credit cards, and yes we even take CASH! We will courier the tickets out to you, next day delivery for only $12.50 anywhere in the GTA and approximately $17.00 outside of the Toronto area. Registered mail is $10.95 we don't recommend regular mail, but we do it at no charge, BUT we cannot replace tickets that don't show up with regular mail. You can also pickup from our office located at 3965 Nashua Drive. Mississauga, Ontario L4V 1P3 during normal business hours. Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

We cannot guarantee replacement of tickets if lost or stolen. We do purchase tickets from a third party, which makes it difficult for us to have tickets replaced. We will make every attempt possible to have lost or stolen tickets replaced if requested, but we do not guarantee that service. When replacing tickets, there are costs incurred, so there is a fee added in order to have tickets replaced. Please guard your tickets at all times.

Please note that all transactions are final. There are no refunds exchanges or credits under any circumstances. In some cases, if the game or event is cancelled, we can arrange a full refund, including the gst, but not the courier fees as we did have to use the courier service to get the tickets out to you. Please ask before you purchase tickets if we can do a full refund if the event is cancelled. Sometimes we cannot guarantee a refund, as the tickets came from a third party, which makes it difficult to get a hold of the third party and for us to receive a refund.
