Our Terms & Conditions have recently changed

When posting concert tickets, we will not post tickets that have an asking price more $100 over face-value. We brand ourselves as the home of reasonably priced tickets and have had a number of complaints.

eTorontoTickets is not responsible for pick up or delivery of tickets from the buyer to our office. If you confirm tickets are available and we sell them to a client, it is the buyers responsibility to have the tickets delivered or dropped off to our office within a responsible amount of time.

The following is the outline of fees added to your asking price:

-Asking price of less than $120 we add $20 per ticket

-Asking price between $121 and $250 we add $30 per ticket

-Asking price between $251 and $399 we add $40 per ticket

-Asking price of $400 or above we add $50 per ticket

We will post hard tickets only.

eTorontoTickets will review the above information and decide whether to post your tickets on our site. Please note we may also decide to offer the tickets to our clients on a waiting list without posting on the website. Should the tickets you sell us turn out to being reported stolen or missing tickets, we shall co-operate fully with local law enforcement agencies to have charges laid, and then seek full recovery of any financial loss. Please ensure you know where the tickets have come from. Do not offer us tickets that you can not ensure are 100% legitimate tickets.

We would ask also that as soon as any tickets you have posted on our site have sold that you inform us immediately via email or by giving us a call @ 905-362-4386.  It is very important for us to keep our site as up to date as possible and not be offering tickets that are no longer available.
